The Process:

 * Professional Consultation with one of our owners to assess your needs, preferably in your home, both for your convenience, and also for our benefit so that we can better understand your needs and your environment.  At this time, we will discuss issues to employing a nanny, taxes, fees, provide information sample nanny contracts and tips for interviewing nannies, etc.

* Interviewing of Candidates – we will send you hand selected and carefully screened nannies that meet your requirements.  Families may request a candidate spend time at their house and with their children prior to making a decision.  Information about the nanny’s background check and all comments from references will be available to you.

* At the time you are ready to extend an offer, The Lockett Center will assist you with a contract for the nanny to suit both of your needs.  It is our experience, that a clearly defined work agreement which includes expectations makes the working relationship much more successful.

* The Lockett Center will provide on-going support to you through the first year to make the transition as smooth as possible for both family and nanny.  In the event of a termination, we will provide additional candidates for your consideration during the first 12 month period.

Placement Fees:
Nanny Full-Time:  $1200 flat fee

Nanny Summer or Temporary (3 months or less) :   $500 flat fee

Nanny Part-time (less than 25 hrs per week): $700 flat fee
