DO I HAVE TO PAY NANNY TAXES?
   Yes.  Nannies are considered to be household employees not independent contractors.

HOW DO YOU FIND YOUR NANNIES?
   Professional nannies now find us via our website.  We interview many more nannies than we agree
   to represent and spend the majority of our time meeting potential nannies.    

WHAT IF MY NANNY DOESN'T WORK OUT?
   For our fee, which is due the first day that the nanny starts work, we will work with you for one year
   to ensure that you have a nanny that you love.  Our replacement rate is currently less than 10%.  

HOW MUCH CAN I EXPECT TO PAY MY NANNY?
   Nannies in this area typically make $10 - $17 per hour based on education and childcare experience.

WHERE CAN I TAKE CPR?
   All Lockett Place Nannies are required to be CPR certified although it is an excellent idea for parents
